Earth Day at SKD

Celebrate Earth Day with SKD! The Social Justice Committee invites the Congregation to participate in Earth Day 2021. 

Earth Day Clean Up

- Thurs. 4/22, 6-8pm (Rain date: 4/23, 6-8pm)
- Meet in SKD or Central Park Parking Lots
- Masks worn for the event
- The Church will provide all needed materials including gloves, bags and water. 

Free Wildflower Seeds

- Bags contain seeds & vermiculite, & will produce plants that attract bees & butterflies
- Bags will cover a 10-20 square ft area
- Pick up inside front doors of SKD beginning 4/14

Thanks to very generous donor for the seeds & vermiculite, the Social Justice Committee & Friends for organizing these events, & the high school youth of the parish for packaging the seeds & making instructions
