The Social Justice Committee would like to announce a flu shot clinic at SKD on Saturday Nov 6 from 10 am to 2pm.
Ages 6 months and older are welcome. (those under 18 need a parent or guardian with them)
No appointment is needed.
There is no cost and no insurance needed.
Due to availability issues there will be no high dose flu vaccines for seniors; however, seniors can use the regular dose of the flu vaccine.
COVID Vaccine Information (updated 11/5):
Adults
All 3 (Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J) vaccines will be available in all doses for adults.
Please bring your covid vaccination card if you will be receiving the 2nd dose or booster.
We WILL be doing booster shots at the clinic (Pfizer & Moderna).
Youth
Vaccines will be available for those in the 12-18yrs age group (*which* vaccine they receive will be based on current recommendations)
Please bring your covid vaccination card if you will be receiving the 2nd dose or booster.
Vaccines *WILL NOT* be available for those in the 5-11yrs age group. Unfortunately, we were not able to get the necessary doses for those.
Those under 18 need a parent or guardian with them.
The Minnesota Department of Health will be administering the vaccines.
